CARD Community Health Days all set this November

Through the Microfinance and Health Protection Program (MaHP), CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI) contributes to the communities by providing access to health services by continuously holding Community Health Days (CHD) all over the Philippines.

This initiative aims to bring medical practitioners closer to the economically-challenged so that they can avail quality services for free or at a reasonably low price. Residents may benefit from various health services including free consultation, medical, dental, and optical services.

Striving to continuously implement an integrated health and microfinance services services to MFI clients, Community Health Days will be conducted in Cagayan Valley on November 13-26, Province of Rizal on November 20-23, Antique and Aklan on November 26-29, , Quezon province on November 19-23, Capiz from November 19-24, Iloilo on November 25-27, Samar on November 23, Cebu on November 26-29.

As of November 2018, a total number of 518 Community Health Days were conducted with the help of different institutions namely CARD, Inc., CARD Bank, Inc., CARD SME Bank, Inc., and Rizal Bank, Inc. helping a total of 132, 352 beneficiaries nationwide.
