Investment opportunities are expected to become available in the microfinance industry in the Philippines, said Dr. Jaime Aristotle B. Alip (left), founder and chairman of the CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI). During Dr. Alip’s business trip in Paris, France on March 28, 2018, he met his former fellow Oikocredit Board Member Matt Christensen (right) and discussed with him impact equity investing opportunities for microfinance institutions in the Philippines. Mr. Christensen is set to visit the Philippines in June 2018.
