The long-time partner of CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI), Mr. Joe Higdon (center), paid a visit in CARD MRI’s head office in San Pablo City, Laguna on April 18, 2018, as part of his business and leisure trip in the Philippines. He met the executives of CARD MRI and discussed the progress of its operations. Higdon is instrumental in the mobilization of funding for the construction of two buildings in CARD-MRI Development Institute (CMDI), the school of CARD MRI in Brgy. Tranca, Bay, Laguna. His advocacy on education is also the reason for his ardent support to CARD MRI’s Scholarship Program through the Rocking Moon Foundation.
