Flordeliza L. Sarmiento, Managing Director of CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI), visited South Cebu, Balamban, Carmen, and Cebu City branches to ignite the staff’s passion for poverty eradication in the country. Through regular staff consultation, the management of CARD MRI understands how to better improve its products and services for its clients who are socioeconomically challenged families. Further, these consultation meetings become a way for the senior officers of CARD MRI to campaign the culture and core values, which are integral to the success of CARD MRI throughout the years.
