Bringing ASEAN opportunities. Dr. Jaime Aristotle B. Alip, founder and chairman of CARD Mutually Reinforcing Institutions (CARD MRI), posed a photo with Vice President Leni Robredo in the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) at Solaire Casino and Hotel, Entertainment City, Manila on November 14, 2017. VP Leni, in her speech, acknowledged the effort of the private sector for providing solutions to promote inclusiveness and empowering those who were previously left behind. The event is a 3-day conference that talks about business issues, investment opportunities, and directions for growth in the ASEAN. ABIS aims to advance the interest of achieving the goals of the ASEAN countries to be a globally competitive single market. Realizing the ASEAN Economic Community in 2025, more opportunities will be opened for CARD MRI micro-entrepreneurs.
